Southern California Edison Co. was hit with federal antitrust litigation in Los Angeles on Thursday over its alleged policy banning fired former employees from serving as independent line installation contractors in the area where it’s the sole major electrical utility.
The lawsuit was filed by an electrical engineering company and its founders in the US District Court for the Central District of California, where it targets SCE, the largest subsidiary of utility holding company
