Edgewell to Buy Cremo for $235 Million After Harry’s Deal Foiled

Almost nobody in the U.S. shaves anymore, so grooming companies are busying themselves another way: M&A.

Six months after the Federal Trade Commission sued to block the $1.37 billion merger of Edgewell Personal Care Co. and shaving-supply maker Harry’s on antitrust grounds, the maker of Schick has set its sights on a smaller target.
