Domino’s Is Latest Company to Join Poultry Price-Fixing Case

Domino’s Pizza LLC joined a consolidated lawsuit that accuses top poultry processors, including Pilgrim’s Pride Corp., Tyson Foods Inc., and Perdue Farms Inc., of conspiring to fix chicken prices.

The complaint, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, is the latest in a string of similar lawsuits alleging price fixing of protein products, including beef, turkey, pork, tuna, salmon, and eggs.
