DOJ Nets Guilty Plea From Georgia Real Estate Investor

The Justice Department’s real estate investigation on May 20 garnered another guilty plea from a Georgia real estate investor, after he faced felony charges filed in the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Georgia (U.S. v. Hulsman, N.D. Ga., 1:15-cr-00098-WSD, 3/27/15).

DOJ filed charges against Eric Hulsman on March 27 alleging that he participated in conspiracies to rig bids and commit mail fraud at public real estate foreclosure auctions in Georgia.
