Curb Mobility Accused of Colluding With Uber to Inflate Prices

Ride-hailing services company Curb Mobility LLC was sued in federal court Monday for allegedly making anticompetitive deals with Uber Technologies Inc. to raise prices for on-demand transportation.

The companies colluded to charge substantially similar prices for comparable ride-hailing services in major US cities, resulting in higher fares for consumers, according to a complaint filed by plaintiff Brendan Kretschmer in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
