Construction Info Antitrust Dispute Heads to Discovery

A company that sells construction information on subscription alleged plausibly that a rival violated antitrust and tort law in trying to win the market (Dodge Data & Analytics LLC v. iSqFt, Inc., S.D. Ohio, 1:15-cv-00698-TSB, 4/28/16).

Judge Timothy S. Black held that Dodge Data & Analytics LLC stated claims against rival iSqFt Inc. for attempted monopolization, conspiracy to monopolize, restraint of trade, unfair competition and deceptive practices, trademark infringement, dilution, tortious interference and trespass to chattels.
