Cineworld’s Forum Film Fined £150,000 by Israeli Court

Cineworld Group’s unit Forum Film was fined about £150,000 by Israeli court after the company agreed with the Israeli Anti-Trust Authority that it was in breach of the terms of a merger agreement from 2010.

  • CEO Mooky Greidinger also personally fined approximately £23,000 and given a six-month suspended prison sentence, on condition of him having no further anti-trust offences in the next 24 months
  • Cineworld doesn’t see impact on Forum Film’s continued ops
