Cigna’s 2026 Earnings Floor Falls Short of Analysts’ Estimates

Cigna Group set the floor for its 2026 earnings outlook shy of Wall Street expectations as the health-care conglomerate revamps its drug benefit plans, a move the company has warned will drag on profits.

Adjusted earnings for the year will be at least $30.25 a share, Cigna said in a statement Thursday, below the average of analyst estimates in a Bloomberg survey. The company’s revenue forecast of about $280 billion also lagged analysts’ forecasts.
