Centauro, Nike Deal in Brazil Approved by Regulator Cade

Brazil antitrust regulator Cade’s superintendence approved the deal without restrictions, according to official gazette and Cade’s website.

• NOTE: In Feb. 6, Grupo SBF, which operates through Centauro brand, and Nike closed an agreement for the purchase of Nike do Brasil by SBF and for SBF to be the exclusive distributor of Nike products in the country
• NOTE from March 11: Brazil Cade Accepts Netshoes as 3rd Party in Nike-Centauro Deal
