Brazil Regulator Approves Wiz, Polishop Deal Without Restriction

Brazil antitrust regulator Cade’s superintendence approved agreement between Wiz, Polishop wuithout restrictions, according to Cade’s website and official gazette.

• Operation consists of creation of a joint venture for distribution of security products in Polishop’s distribution channels
• NOTE: Wiz Signs JV With Polishop to Sell Insurance for 10 Years
• NOTE: Decisions made by Cade’s superintendence can be reassessed on court’s floor if board members consider that a deeper analysis of an operation is needed
