Brazil Regulator Approves Claro-Nextel Deal Without Restrictions

Analysis of the acquisition of Nextel by America Movil, owner of Claro, was done after an appeal by Tim, qualified as third party interested in the process, according to a document published on Brazil antitrust regulator’s website.
