Brazil Health Agency Approves Intermedica-Hapvida Deal

Brazil National Agency for Supplementary Health, known as ANS, approved an authorization request for Hapvida to assume indirect control of health care plan operators that make up Grupo Notre Dame Intermedica, according to filings from both companies.
