Bouygues CEO Says Confident TF1-M6 Tie-Up Will Win Approval

Bouygues SA Chief Executive Officer Olivier Roussat says he is confident French competition authorities will authorize merger of TF1 and M6.

• “The competition authority is in the process of doing market tests. It will determine what the pertinent markets are in the first half of next year.
