Booz Allen, CACI No-Poach Class Action Settlement Gets Court Nod

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., Mission Essential Personnel LLC, and CACI International Inc. will pay almost $5.3 million under a settlement ending a class action alleging they violated antitrust rules through agreements not to hire one another’s workers.

The settlement—under which the settlement class receives $1.3 million and the workers’ attorneys receive almost $4 million—is fair, reasonable, and adequate, Chief Judge Algenon L. Marbley of the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio said in a Tuesday opinion.
