Blackstreet, Transdev Settle Post-Closing SuperShuttle Dispute

A Blackstreet Capital Partners LP affiliate has resolved its dispute with French public transport operator Transdev on Demand Inc. over post-deal payments related to the sale of airport shuttle business SuperShuttle, according to a Delaware Chancery Court filing.

Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III dismissed the case from Delaware Chancery Court late Tuesday, a week after Blackstreet and Transdev submitted a joint settlement notice that didn’t contain any deal terms. Attorneys for both sides didn’t immediately respond Wednesday to requests for more information.
