Beer Distributor’s Claims Against Brewers Fall Flat

A beer distributor suffered dismissal of its breach of contract, tortious interference and unreasonable restraint of trade claims against MillerCoors LLC, Coors Brewing Co. and Molson Coors Brewing Co., according to an Oct. 30 decision by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale Co. v. MillerCoors LLC, W.D. Pa., 2:13-cv-01155-RCM, 10/30/13).
