Aveva Gets Brazil Regulator’s Approval for Osisoft Purchase

The superintendence of Brazil’s antitrust regulator, known as Cade, approved the purchase of Osisoft by Aveva without restrictions, according to a decision published in the country’s official gazette.

  • NOTE: Decisions made by Cade’s superintendence can be reassessed on court’s floor if board members consider that a deeper analysis of the impacts of an operation is needed
