Archery Product Makers Accused of Price Fixing, Acting as Cartel

Several archery product manufacturers, retailers, distributors, and trade associations are accused in a lawsuit of conspiring to artificially raise prices and eliminate price competition through minimum advertised price policies.

Plaintiff Joseph Santarlas, on behalf of a proposed class, on Friday sued Hoyt Archery Inc., Bowtech Inc., Mathews Archery Inc., Precision Shooting Equipment Inc., and others in the archery industry.
