Archery Price-Fixing Suits Against Retailers Moved to Colorado

A group of cases accusing retailers including Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. and Cabela’s Inc. of fixing the price of archery products will be transferred to Colorado.

The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation in a Thursday order transferred roughly 20 lawsuits pending in states including Pennsylvania, Missouri, and Utah to the US District Court for the District of Colorado.

“We find that these actions involve common questions of fact and that centralization in the District of Colorado will serve the convenience of the parties and witnesses and promote the just and efficient conduct of this litigation,” the panel said.
