A subsidiary of
Judge Karoline Mehalchick of the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in a Monday opinion dismissed the plaintiffs’ claims with prejudice, saying they lacked standing to bring antitrust claims.
The plaintiffs “complained of injury is not inextricably intertwined with Defendants’ alleged anticompetitive scheme,” she said.
