Three Amazon Marketplace sellers pleaded guilty to a criminal conspiracy to raise the prices of DVDs and Blu-ray Discs, the Justice Department said.
Emmanuel Hourizadeh and Raymond Nouvahian each were charged with one count of criminal price-fixing in violation of the Sherman Act, the DOJ said Friday. Morris Sutton was subject to the same charge as part of a separate criminal information.
The conspiracies took place as early as November 2017 and lasted through Oct. 29, 2019, the DOJ said.
