Amazon Hasn’t Made Antitrust Settlement Offer: California AG

Amazon.com Inc. hasn’t made any offers to settle an antitrust suit filed last year by California, according to the state’s attorney general, Rob Bonta.

Speaking to reporters in Washington, Bonta said Thursday the e-commerce retailer hasn’t made overtures to resolve the case even though it has settled competition probes in Europe and the UK. The California attorney general said he’s open to a potential settlement.
