Amazon Doesn’t Have to Turn Over More Records on Favored Sellers

Amazon.com Inc. won’t have to turn over more internal records about alleged monopolistic behavior with “most-favored nation” retailers after a Delaware judge determined the company had already disclosed enough information to an Oklahoma pension fund.

The Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System couldn’t produce enough evidence of Amazon misconduct to “justify a further investigation of corporate documents,” Delaware Chancery Court Judge Lori Will wrote Wednesday in a 34-page decision. The company already had turned over “all necessary and essential documents related to the alleged wrongdoing,” she said.
