Allegro Gets Antitrust Approval to Buy Czech Mall Group

Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has granted Allegro SA approval to buy Czech Mall Group, the company says in regulatory filing.

• All the conditions in the agreement to buy Mall Group have been fulfilled.
• The company will inform about the final price and the closing date of the deal in a separate filing
