Big poultry producers and data provider Agri Stats Inc. failed to break free of a food company’s antitrust claims amid a broader fight over an alleged conspiracy to manipulate the turkey market.
The US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Aug. 16 rejected the defendants’ motion to dismiss a lawsuit from Aramark Food and Support Services Group, Inc. on grounds that it was filed too late.
