Paul Hastings Hires Kirkland Antitrust Partner Evans in London

Sally Evans joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its antitrust practice in London, the firm announced Monday.

Evans advises clients on antitrust investigations, merger control, foreign investment screening and antitrust compliance matters, with a particular focus on transactional antitrust work. She represents clients before the UK Competition and Markets Authority and leads EU merger control cases, with a client base spanning private equity firms, global investment funds and strategic buyers, the firm said.

She joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
