Estonia Seeks More Time, More Agency on Global Minimum Tax (1)

The Estonian government called for more decision-making power over whether to impose the 15% global minimum tax.

The Baltic nation and several other small EU countries already have an extension to 2030 for implementing the tax, and Estonia said they should be granted a further delay. It also said the EU should consider opening its global minimum tax directive for changes.
