Michael Patane joined Holding Redlich as a partner to strengthen the firm’s tax practice, and Eli Bursky joined as special counsel to the firm’s Sydney office, the firm announced Sunday.
Patane brings more than 25 years advising government, multinational corporations, private groups, charities, and high-net-worth individuals on federal and state tax and commercial matters. He specializes in tax advisory and trust law, including corporate restructures, estate planning, and tax litigation matters in the Administrative Review Tribunal and Federal Court, and has deep expertise in goods and service tax and complex disputes involving property-based and operational arrangements.
