Robert Brown joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its California real estate team in San Diego, the firm announced Wednesday.
Brown has more than 30 years of experience helping clients navigate complex transactional tax issues. His practice centers on tax structuring and deal-making for multifamily, mixed-use, and office/retail real estate transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch.
