Gowling WLG Adds Corporate Attorney Tom Rank to UK Tax Practice

Tom Rank joined Gowling WLG as a partner in its tax practice in Birmingham, the firm announced Tuesday.

Rank is a corporate tax specialist who advises on transactional tax matters across mergers and acquisitions, private equity, public markets, banking and solvent structuring. His practice covers both domestic and cross-border matters, and he advises pension funds, insurers and financial institutions on innovative investment and risk transfer structures, the firm said.

He joins from DWF.
