Sean Gannon, Jeffrey Luechtefeld, and John Nail joined Barnes & Thornburg as partners in its tax practice, the firm announced Thursday.
Gannon’s practice focuses on tax controversy and litigation, having represented clients in IRS examinations, administrative appeals, and disputes before the US Tax Court and federal courts. He advises Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and closely held businesses on transfer pricing, intangible asset valuation, and tax credits, the firm said.
