Stellantis Warning on Charges Overshadows Revenue Gain (2)

Stellantis NV said it expects one-time charges in the second half of the year as political, economic and regulatory pressures force the automaker into making strategic changes.

Although Stellantis still sees rising sales and cash flow for the six months through December, it expects to incur one-time charges that, once finalized, will be “largely excluded” from its operating income. The company may decide to cancel projects or products as it alters course, Chief Financial Officer Joao Laranjo said Thursday.
