More three dozen states and localities sued the Trump administration, arguing its repeal of the endangerment finding goes against the government’s mandate under the Clean Air Act and accusing the administration of rehashing settled Supreme Court arguments, Allison Prang reports.
- New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) co-led the petition alongside attorneys general representing California, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, according to a press release from James’ office.
