Natural Gas Company Survives Landowner Trespass Challenge

Landowners on Thursday lost their bid to get a natural gas company to pay for gas extracted from a well near their property.

The US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit affirmed a lower court decision granting Southwestern Energy Production Co. summary judgment.
