The Houston Ship Channel, which provides access to refineries and crude-exporting docks in the Houston area, has partially resumed service after shutting on Saturday due to a winter storm, according to a bulletin from Moran Shipping.
- Outbound traffic resumed at 8:30am local time; inbound expected to resume at 9:30am
- Pilots halted all operations on Saturday at 6pm
- Freeport and Galveston, Texas City remained opened
