Amazon Moves to Shield Cloud Services Order From G2 Challenge

Amazon Web Services Inc. moved to intervene in G2 Ops Inc.'s court protest to protect its rights as the winner of a $9 billion maximum value cloud services task order from the US Defense Information Systems Agency.

G2, which filed its complaint under seal, has asserted an exclusive right to services the task order encompasses, Amazon told the US Court of Federal Claims in its Thursday motion to intervene.
