Washington’s Department of Labor and Industries is to host feedback sessions in October on rulemaking to update rules regarding executive, administrative, and professional exemptions from the state’s minimum-wage law, the department said Oct. 2.
A pre-draft version of those rules is to be issued Oct. 5, the department said. The deadline to provide comments on the pre-draft version of the rulemaking is Oct. 26, it said.
