Supreme Court Rookie Takes Up Heterosexual Discrimination Case

Xiao Wang will argue for a straight woman who says she was passed over for a job and later demoted so her employer could advance LGBTQ+ employees when he appears before the justices on Feb. 26.

The reverse discrimination case will be the second US Supreme Court argument for the University of Virginia’s new Supreme Court Litigation Clinic director, and it has sparked controversy.
