The hourly minimum wage in Seattle, Washington, will rise to $21.30 from $20.76 for calendar year 2026, according to a Sept. 30 news release.
The city’s Office of Labor Standards will send a minimum wage poster for 2026 to all employers with a Seattle business license, according to the news release. The poster will be available in English and 33 other languages, the office said.
Seattle’s minimum wage applies to all employees working within city limits, regardless of immigration status, according to the news release.
