Missouri AG Ends Legal Dispute Over Pandemic Tax Credit Program

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey abandoned his case seeking information about the end of a Covid-19-era pandemic tax credit.

Bailey and the IRS filed a joint stipulation of dismissal in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in his case seeking records about the Employee Retention Credit program.
