Missouri AG Ends Legal Dispute Over Pandemic Tax Credit Program

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey abandoned his case seeking information about the end of a Covid-19-era pandemic tax credit.

Bailey and the IRS filed a joint stipulation of dismissal in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in his case seeking records about the Employee Retention Credit program. What disclosures were made in the suit were not made clear, but both the IRS and Missouri bear their own costs.
