The hourly minimum wage in Milpitas, California, will rise to $18.50 from $18.20 on July 1, according to an update on the city’s website.
The city released a new official notice and Know Your Rights notice on its website. Both notices must be posted where employees can read them, according to the website.
Milpitas also issued a minimum wage letter informing business licensees of the new rate.
The letter and both notices are available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Korean.
