Gibraltar Tax Agency Announces Deadline, Issues 2022-23 Guide for Annual Employer Declarations

The Gibraltar Income Tax Office July 5 announced the July 31 deadline to electronically submit employers’ annual statements, declarations, and certificates. using Form P8, for the tax period of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. The announcement also includes: 1) income tax tables; 2) filing instructions with examples; 3) instructions for submitting nil returns for employers subject to pay as you earn (PAYE) withholding requirements, who didn’t pay employment income in the 2022-23 tax year; and 4) instructions for applying tax exemptions on employee income.
