The Florida Commerce Department released an updated minimum wage poster effective Sept. 30 on its website.
The poster is available in English, Spanish, and Creole.
The state minimum wage will rise to $14 from $13 effective Sept. 30, 2025, to Sept. 29, 2026, according to the poster. The tipped minimum wage will increase to $10.98 from $9.98, based on a $3.02 maximum tip credit.
Employers must display the poster in a place where it can be easily viewed by employees.
