The Croatian Tax Administration Oct. 17 announced the Oct. 14 signing of a DTA with Andorra. The DTA includes: 1) a 5 percent withholding tax on dividends, interest, and copyright fees; and 2) a provision on financial and other information exchange. [Croatia, Tax Administration, 10/17/22]
