WageWorks Audit Committee Ends Engagement of KPMG as Auditor

WageWorks has decided to terminate KPMG LLP’s audit services, the decision driven by “a desire to accelerate the audit process,” the company said in a filing.

The filing said the audit committee finished its investigation of the company’s internal control over financial reporting for fiscal 2016 and 2017, and determined in June that no illegal acts occurred.
