The US audit regulator is looking for new advisers to consult it on investors’ needs and its potential standard-setting activities.
The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board is seeking nominations for two advisory groups focused on investors’ views on current regulatory issues and what new standards it should pursue. The call for advisers comes ahead of several current members’ terms expiring on Dec. 31, the board said Wednesday.
