The UK’s Financial Reporting Council has opened an investigation into a member regarding their engagement with and provision of information to the auditor of P&O Ferries Division Holdings Limited for the financial years ended December 2020, 2021 and 2022, according to a statement.
- FRC’s Conduct Committee made the decision on 17 February 2026
- FRC’s Executive Counsel will conduct the investigation
- Investigation does not relate to any persons or entities other than the relevant individual
- Opening of an investigation does not indicate any findings of misconduct
