The US and UK arms of RSM’s audit, tax, and consulting business approved a new transatlantic partnership, with near-unanimous votes from partners, the firms said Thursday.
The new partnership, with aggregate annual revenue of $5 billion, includes 23,000 professionals across the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, India, and El Salvador.
This move aims to boost the firms’ ability to serve global clients, develop talent, and accelerate growth. The firms are aligning their governance, including a common approach to financial incentives, though they will continue to be independent members of RSM’s international network, according to a release.
