The hourly minimum wage in Petaluma, California, will rise to $18.31 from $17.97 for calendar year 2026, according to an update on the city’s website.
Petaluma’s learner’s wage rate, which applies to certain employees ages 14 to 17, will rise to $15.56 from $15.30, according to the website.
The city released an employer notification letter and employee notification poster, both of which are available in English and Spanish. The poster must be displayed where employees can read it.
