McKinsey Champions Diversity While Rivals Abandon Targets (2)

McKinsey & Co. pledged to prioritize diversity across its workforce, despite US President Donald Trump ordering his government to push private firms to scrap diversity, equity and inclusion policies.

“Some have asked whether we will continue to prioritize diversity in our meritocracy,” Global Managing Partner Bob Sternfels told staff in a memo dated Feb. 3 that was seen by Bloomberg News.
